I like to shoot several angles of each room as well as the exterior.  Check out my portfolio and property tours to see my work and how important it is to prepare your property with clean and open window shades and all lights on during the photo shoot.  My lighting technique creates beautiful views through the windows.

I base my pricing on square footage of the property. My fees are based in the 15 mile radius of the Manchester/Hooksett area. I will travel outside that area for an additional travel fee based on the location.

I accept payment at the time of the photo shoot by cash or check. I will send the images within 24 hours of the photo shoot using dropbox.com.  When I send you the property images I include the images in order of the tour of the property starting from outside, through the main kitchen and living areas and then through the bedrooms and bonus rooms.  My clients appreciate this service as it saves your time so you can simply upload the images to the MLS with ease.
